Refunds, Cancellation & Delivery Policy

Applies to Trade Tracker Pro, sold by BeanBytes Studio (sole proprietor Jaun-Jacques Willem Nienaber), 19 Hollywood Drive, Northcliff, Johannesburg · +27 71 298 7225 · jjnienaber2@gmail.com. This policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

1. Delivery

• Trade Tracker Pro is a digital product. Nothing physical is shipped and there are no delivery fees.
• When PayFast confirms your payment, a licence key is created automatically and emailed to the address you used at checkout, normally within 5 minutes.
• To activate: open Trade Tracker, sign in with Google (☁ Sign in), tap ★ Pro, paste the key and tap Activate. Pro then works on every device where you sign in with that Google account.
• If your key hasn't arrived within 30 minutes, check your spam folder, then email jjnienaber2@gmail.com with your PayFast payment reference. We will send it within 24 hours.
• Your PayFast receipt and the key email are your record of the transaction. Keep them safe.

2. Refunds

• 7-day refund, no questions asked: email us within 7 days of any Pro purchase or renewal and we refund the full amount.
• One no-questions refund per person or Google account. After a refund the licence key is deactivated. Your journal data is not affected and stays on your device.
• Defects: if Pro does not work as described and we can't fix it within a reasonable time, we will refund you at any time, as the Consumer Protection Act requires.
• How refunds are paid: to your original payment method through PayFast, or by EFT to your bank account if that isn't possible, within 10 business days of approval (and never later than 30 days after you cancel).
• After 7 days, payments for periods already started are not refundable, except as required by law or under section 10 of our Terms.

3. Cancellation

• Monthly (R79, founder R59) and Yearly (R699, founder R449) are subscriptions that renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• Cancel any time by using the cancel link in your PayFast subscription email, or by emailing jjnienaber2@gmail.com from the address you bought with. We confirm cancellations by email within 2 business days.
• After you cancel, you won't be charged again. Founder pricing ends when a founder subscription is cancelled; re-subscribing later is at the standard price. Pro keeps working until the end of the period you've already paid for, then your account returns to the free plan. Your data is never deleted because you cancel.
• Founder Lifetime (R1,499) is a once-off payment with nothing to cancel. The 7-day refund applies.
• Cancelling within 7 days of a purchase or renewal also qualifies you for the full refund above. Just say so in your email.

4. Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit your rights under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (including the 7-day cooling-off right in section 44) or the Consumer Protection Act.
